GraceNet Ministries, Inc. was founded in 2012, and is the corporate umbella for GraceNetMedia, GraceNetRadio, GraceNetPublishing, along with Media, Marketing, and Management Coaching services.  The GraceNet team had been the staff and management of the GraceFM Radio Network in South Florida until it was sold. Some of the team chose to carry on into the digital era, by taking the programming to the internet full time.

The previous GraceFM Radio Network, and it’s flagship station WAFG, had been the radio outreach ministry of Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church under the headship of Dr. D. James Kennedy. The leadership team that followed after Dr. Kennedy’s passing, sold the radio network along with other properties. With that, some members of the radio staff began the ministry of GraceNet.
